In situ infrared transmission system

Product introduction

The in-situ infrared transmission cell reaction system is mainly used to study the infrared spectral characteristics of samples under different temperatures and gas environments. The product mainly consists of three parts: a reaction tank, a mixing control system, and a temperature control system. The main body of the reaction tank is made of 316L stainless steel material and equipped with infrared windows. The mixing control system accurately controls the flow rate of each gas path and achieves mixing through a mass flow meter. The temperature control system controls the temperature of the gas path, mixing tank, and reaction tank through various sensors.

The main body of the reaction tank adopts a double-layer jacket design to ensure the insulation and safety of the experiment;

The reaction tank can withstand a maximum temperature of 300C;

The standard provides 2-4 gas distribution channels, and the number of gas channels can be customized;

High definition 800 * 480 resolution true color touch screen flow control, easy to operate and convenient to use;

This product has three stages of heating and four temperature displays, allowing for real-time understanding of temperature at various positions, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.1C;
